Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on the EEAB Studio platform. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Service.

1.What You Are Purchasing

EEAB Studio operates on a prepaid Credit model. Credits are a digital product that is made available to your account immediately after purchase and is consumed as you use the Service. Because Credits are digital and used on demand, the rules below apply to refunds.

2.General Policy

Except where a refund is required by applicable law (see Section 3) or is expressly stated in this Policy, all purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, including once Credits have been used. Credits do not expire, so any unused balance remains available in your account for future use.

3.Statutory Rights (EU / UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days.

Important: Where you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, this right may no longer apply once you begin using the Credits. If you have not used any of the purchased Credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

4.Merchant of Record

Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for EEAB Studio. Your order confirmation and billing receipts are issued by Paddle, and approved refunds are returned through Paddle to your original payment method.

5.How to Request a Refund

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at ceo@eeabstudio.com so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.
